Innovate Pikes Peak
Under the collective banner of Innovate Pikes Peak, The Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce & EDC, and Peak Education are leading an initiative to foster a robust regional ecosystem in Colorado Springs that aligns education with diverse career pathway opportunities that is lead and supported by the business/industry community.
This initiative will focus on the development of a regional career hub known as the Pikes Peak Innovation Campus. Our comprehensive three-year launch plan encompasses phases of foundation building, pilot initiatives, and scaling existing successful programs. In responding to this RFI, please refer to the Innovate Pikes Peak Campus emerging launch plan.
Purpose
We are seeking experienced partners to provide technical assistance in implementing the Innovate Pikes Peak Campus Launch Plan. The assistance will include research to ensure full knowledge of existing programs, program design, governance design and development, partnership development/expansion, infrastructure setup, data management, and evaluation. Special emphasis should be placed on creating a roadmap to design a physical Pikes Peak Innovation Campus that will serve multiple school districts across our region.

Proposed Scope of Work:
Detail a comprehensive engagement strategy that encompasses all aspects of the launch plan from inception to scaling, researching to map-out an inventory of existing career-connected learning programs and efforts underway, integrating with existing educational and business frameworks to enhance regional career pathways leading to full operational and strategic execution of the establishment of a Pikes Peak Innovation Campus. -

Include a list of past projects demonstrating experience in educational programs with industry involvement implementation, partnership management, and technical assistance. Please provide contact information (working/current email and phone number) for at least three references. -
Experience and Partnerships:
Describe your organization’s experience in managing complex educational projects, particularly those involving multiple stakeholders and industry in a regional setting.
List current or past partnerships relevant to the fields of education, career development, and regional economic development. -
