Innovate Pikes Peak is a powerful collaboration between Peak Education and the Colorado Springs Chamber and Economic Development Corporation, bringing together industry, education, and the community to create direct career pathways for students and families.

The Pikes Peak region faces a growing skills gap, with more job openings than available workers. Industries like aerospace and defense, software and security, and advanced manufacturing need skilled talent to grow, yet many students graduate without clear career pathways. Innovate Pikes Peak seeks to bridge this gap by working to ensure students gain the training and opportunities needed to succeed–while strengthening our local workforce.
