Since our founding in 1997, Peak Education has been a trusted and engaged force in the Colorado Springs community. What began as a scholarship and support program for a handful of high school students has grown into a full-scale college and career readiness initiative serving over 400 students and families annually. Our deep roots and longstanding relationships with schools and community partners make us uniquely positioned to create real, lasting change.

Associate Director of D2 Promise Programs

About the Position: In November 2024, voters in Harrison School District 2 approved a mill levy to fund the Promise Program, providing first-dollar scholarship for D2 graduates transitioning to Pikes Peak State College. Peak Education was selected to enhance the Promise Program infrastructure through strategic partnerships and program development. In addition, Peak Education was awarded a 4-year COSI Achieve grant to provide additional scholarships and support for Promise Students attending Pikes Peak State College. This position will serve as the critical bridge between HSD2 and PPSC, while supporting potential Promise Scholars in high school and at college, ensuring the Promise Program evolves from simply providing financial support to creating comprehensive educational pathways that promote student success and
completion.
Job Description: The Associate Program Director – D2 Promise serves as the vital link between HSD2 and PPSC, orchestrating collaborative efforts to strengthen and expand the Promise Program infrastructure. The ideal candidate will build upon the Promise Program's foundation to create sustainable systems supporting students in their educational journey. In addition, this position will provide direct student support in assisting students to meet the qualifications for the Promise Program and are successful while attending PPSC. This role will drive strategic planning, facilitate key stakeholder relationships, manage data collection, and develop programming that enhances student pathways from high school to college completion. This role welcomes professionals from education, corporate, nonprofit, or government sectors with strong partnership facilitation experience.
