Since our founding in 1997, Peak Education has been a trusted and engaged force in the Colorado Springs community. What began as a scholarship and support program for a handful of high school students has grown into a full-scale college and career readiness initiative serving over 400 students and families annually. Our deep roots and longstanding relationships with schools and community partners make us uniquely positioned to create real, lasting change.

D2 Promise Navigator
The D2 Promise Navigator plays a pivotal role in empowering students in Harrison School District 2 (D2) to achieve post-secondary success through the First Dollar D2 Promise Program. This position bridges high school completion and higher education success by helping seniors navigate the college enrollment process and providing ongoing support throughout their journey at Pikes Peak State College (PPSC).

The ideal candidate possesses a deep passion for working with first-generation college students and underserved families, a strong work ethic, the ability to form partnerships with multiple entities, and the drive to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-institutional environment. Specific enrollment knowledge is helpful but secondary to a genuine enthusiasm for student mentorship, proactive outreach, and relationship building.
