Chick-fil-A Leader Academy (CFALA) curriculum enhances our traditional project, where scholars will continue to have the opportunity to engage with one another, work to address a pressing issue/need in our local communities, and create innovative solutions to address that issue.

2025-2026 CFALA Application

Details

Through a school year-long curriculum, scholars learn timeless leadership principles like teamwork, communication, and innovation by engaging in monthly “Leader Labs.” These principles are put into practice when the scholars plan and execute an Impact Project benefiting their local community, such as a fundraiser for a local homeless shelter or a can drive for a local food bank. The scholars do not just learn about leadership in our working space, they live it out by serving and making an impact. CFALA is a national high school leadership program empowering students to make an Impact Through Action.

Peak Education staff selects 20 scholars to participate in Application submissions from students interested in participating in the 2025-2026 program are accepted until August 2025.
