About the Keynote Speaker:
We are delighted to introduce Ersaleen Hope, the Assistant Vice President of Staff Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Colorado College. She is one part of an elaborate leadership team focused on the infrastructural work needed to move the needle forward in support of the college’s antiracism commitment. Ms. Hope facilitates workshops, engages with the community as the Executive Director of AAYLC, and works on internal organizational justice solutions through her LLC, H.O.P.E. in Action. She has had an extensive career in various human-serving roles and has been described as an innovative and transformational leader. She holds 3 Master’s Degrees, is a board-certified coach, and recently defended her dissertation, obtaining a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Walden University. As a first-generation college graduate, she prides herself on being a lifelong learner and looks for opportunities where she has the honor to pay it forward.
