Step Two: Pick a specific career from your top cluster to investigate using one or more of these resources:

• Career One Stop  (Search by career cluster. This site presents careers within a cluster based on how much education each takes.)

• ONET Online   (Search by career cluster. This site contains a lot of info and classifies jobs by Zones 1-5 in terms of how much education/training needed)

• Maia Learning (login to your account and go to Career tab on left, then "Career Search" and search by career cluster or industry)

• MyColoradoJourney (This site is good, but you have to search by industry instead of career cluster)

• MyNextMove  (Also need to search by industry by individual career)
